Client Background: 

The client for this project is Alex Lefkowitz, who is seeking the development of a video order management application named "Tasty Edits." The aim is to create a centralized platform for creators and businesses to fulfill all their needs on video-editing and production. The platform will enable users to share footage, message editors, and track video statistics. It will also include a sub-segment named the YouTube Channel Manager, which handles the administrative and daily tasks of running a YouTube channel for the content creator.

The Objective: 

The primary objective of this project is to develop an efficient and user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of video editing and production for creators and businesses. The YouTube Channel Manager aims to alleviate the administrative burden of running a YouTube channel for content creators.The proposed solution involves the creation of several modules and functionalities within the Tasty Edits platform. These include a Channel Manager, Chat function between creators and channel managers, Content Creator module, Admin module, and Database restructuring & syncing. Each module is designed with specific features to enhance the user experience and streamline the video editing and production process. This project is broken down into several development phases, each with specific milestones and estimations. The development process will be flexible and adaptable to changes in requirements, ensuring a product that accurately meets the client's needs.
