Client Background: 

Lamine Camara, our client, is looking to build a platform that keeps track of a business’s cash flow and predictions, with main functionalities including Creating companies/branches; Creating receivables and payables predictions, and Storing invoices. This product’s 2 main groups of users are defined as end-users, who directly use and interact with platform features, and system admin, who manages user data, features, content, etc. within the application. With the low complexity of the project, our client came to CitizenDev to expect a short turnaround time with ensured quality while paying a reasonable amount.

The Objective: 

The primary objective is to develop a comprehensive SaaS platform that enables a business to manage and predict its cash flow efficiently, which aims to streamline the creation and management of companies, branches, receivables, payables, and invoices while integrating banking data and third-party services for enhanced accuracy and automation. The goal is to provide a user-friendly, responsive, and secure application that supports end-users and system administrators in managing their financial operations seamlessly.

Our Solution: 

As with other products that require short turnaround time and flexibility, this project is also implemented on Bubble thanks to its leverage. We have relentlessly worked with our client to thoroughly analyze their business needs and developed the 5 main backbones that support establishing the final product. The same deliverables (i.e. Wireframe and prototype designs; UMLs attached to this document: ERD, Use case diagram; Project technical documentation; Test documents; Terminologies document) and their flexibility are still maintained in this project for future transferring or development if needed.
